I love painting trees. Especially ones with white trunks. Cheryl saw one of my tree paintings and asked if I would do one in purples and yellows. A bit of a challenge since purple and yellow are color opposites on the color wheel which means when they blend together or are layers, they make a lovely brown/grey. 😉
