I painted this piece while in Sedona, Arizona, USA in 2007. I was in Sedona attending a Jeanne Carbonetti watercolor workshop (my most favorite watercolor artist and teacher). I had only been painting a few months so the workshop was big stretch, but I loved it. I painted this piece on my own in the evening after class was done for the day. I sure love loose, wet-into-wet style of painting. And, of course, the brighter the colors, the better!
