Original sold, but (small) prints available. Unfortunately, I put this one under glass and never took a good quality photo of it before it went to its new happy home. So, that’s why only small sized prints are available.
I painted this while living in South Carolina. I have a couple of tubes of Daniel Smith watercolor paints that had dried out (the caps had cracked). So, I got out the pliers to squeeze the paint out, put big blobs onto moist watercolor paper, and finger painted! At the end of doing this, my one friend said, “I see koi fish!” So, with a more more little tweaks, koi fish it became.
