This is a great example of the technique called negative painting. I continue to practice at this, as it does mess with one’s brain a bit. LOL. But, I do rather like how this one turned out. 🙂 I started it in a class I took in Walla Walla, Washington, and finished it on my own.
Not really my usual color choices either, but it’s good to experiment and get out of one’s comfort zone, yes?
